Hi! I'm formally trained in baking and pastry arts and have baked commercially (upscale grocer bakery) and then onto pastry chef at one of the cities top fine dining restaurants in the PNW. (Oregon) 15 years ago I began that journey, moving from the fine wine trade to culinary. Today, I operate a rural micro-bakery in the Sierra Nevada Foothill baking for my community. I have had a vegan diet, raw, free, vegetarian (not all at once) so inquire if you need to amend a product, just ask! I love to bake EVERYTHING! Large & small orders. I'm about: Organic, seasonal ingredients: bold, unique flavors: rustic, minimalistic, modern style: while focusing on sustainability and always seeking new and innovative recipes while staying true to classic and familiar favorites.
