Hello friends and neighbors​,​ I’m Bianca​,​ owner and baker of Bianca’s Little Bakery. I sell my fresh sourdough breads throughout New Castle County in Delaware: at the NCC Middletown Farmers Market (Appo Library - Saturdays) and the Newark Co-Op Farmers Market (Newark Shopping Center - Sundays). I will continue to bake after the market season.
