Hello, I'm Brittany :).

Hi there!! My name is Brittany, I currently reside in the Seattle area with my wife, and I have been baking for about 10 years — professionally for 5-6 years! It most definitely is a passion of mine, and I love sharing what I do with the community. A few of my favorites to bake include cookies (of all sorts!), brownies, scones, breads, and I am quite skilled in French-style baking as well!
