Traditional Focaccia

Traditional focaccia made with organic ingredients imported directly from Italy and crafted with authentic flavors and techniques that come from different regions in Italy, as well as fusion focacce from my Taiwanese and Italian background. They are unlike any other focaccia you will taste! They can be made with 1-2 days notice, however sometimes last minute requests can be fulfilled. Delivery available within 25 miles of Central NJ. Comes in a variety of sizes: 8” round- $8 9” square- $10 13”-9” rectangle- $13 17” round (traditional)- $15 All focacce are natural and organic, and most are naturally vegan and sugar​/​egg free.

Focaccia Barese: Traditional Barese​/​Pugliese style focaccia is made with 50% organic semolina flour, 50% organic tipo 00 flour and yeast, and topped with tomatoes, imported Italian tomato sauce, Castelvetrano olives, olive oil, oregano, sea salt, and of course, olive oil. It's very flavorful, light and airy, and has a wonderful chew to it due to the semolina flour. Naturally vegan, and sugar​/​egg free. Focaccia di Panificio Fiore: Panificio Fiore is a famous bakery in the historic part of Bari that is known for their spin on Focaccia Barese, and have been in business for over 100 years. They use 100% organic tipo 00 flour and yeast, and topped with tomatoes, imported Italian tomato sauce, Castelvetrano olives, olive oil, oregano, sea salt, and of course, olive oil. This focaccia has a lot of flavor and is fluffy and light, yet crispy on the bottom. This focaccia is only available in a 17" round, just like they make at Panificio Fiore. Schiacciata all'uva: Traditional Tuscan concord grape focaccia made with organic tipo 00 flour, milk, yeast, water, salt, imported Italian olive oil, and topped with concord grapes, simple syrup, and imported Italian sea salt. If you're a fan of sweet focaccia, or like sweet breads​/​desserts that are the right balance of sweet, salty, and delicious, this is for you! Chili Crisp Green Onion Focaccia: Traditional focaccia dough made with organic tipo 00 flour and yeast, imported Italian olive oil and salt, and topped with organic green onion and LAOGANMA chili crisp (red chili in oil). If you're a chili crisp lover, this is perfect for you. If you haven't tried it yet, know that it's not too spicy and is balanced with the flavors of the green onion and focaccia itself. It's savory yet sweet from the caramelized green onions, and the focaccia is very light and airy. Can be made without green onion. Give it a try!
