My Brookies are 100% made from scratch featuring two types of quality cocoa and premium chocolate melted into the brownie batter. Generous hunks of scratch-made cookie dough are pressed into the batter and then we generously finish it all off with kosher chocolate chips before baking. A small sheet weighs 18 oz and yields 6 generously sized bars. An allergy-friendly and vegan version made without gluten, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts or tree nuts or animal products is also available for $6 more.
