My baklava is a classic walnut baklava. I have been making this baklava since 2001. A recipe my father who is from Izmir, Turkey, passed down to me. This listing is for a half tray of Baklava. I cut into 1-1 1​/​2" squares. Depending on cut I can get 20-25 pieces, possibly more.
